We want to reassure you that the wellbeing and safety of our customers’ and employees’ is always our top priority. At this time we’re continuing to follow all the guidelines and updates suggested by CDC and local guidelines of public health in Ontario
First, we hope that you, your families, and employees are keeping safe and well during this unprecedented time. With the spread of COVID-19 in Canada and around the world, this affects us all.
In this time of uncertainty, it is important for you to know that Kaydzen remains open and we are here to serve our customers. We are fully operational, with our select office staff working remotely and available for safe in home or online consultation for product and installation services following the safety measures suggested by CDC and public health office in our respective provinces.
Throughout the past weeks our management team has been exercising every precaution to keep the safety and well-being of our staff during this turbulent time. Our customer’s and employees’ health and safety continue to be our main priority as we practice social distancing and heighten our sanitization efforts.
We’ve implemented health and safety protocols, taking extra care to keep our employees and clients protected and informed to help combat the spread of the virus. This includes:
- Asking office employees to work from home if possible
- Practicing social distancing, 6 feet apart while in person consultation.
- Offering in-homes services in well coordinated effort with clients as per their convenience
- Checking temperatures of every employee coming into the building before every shift
- Sanitizing common areas and locations where we provide service at the end of each installation visit
- Providing face shields our contract and other staff to be worn during the visit
- Providing gloves, sanitizers and masks to those taking residential and commerial projects or as required
- Requesting clients and well coordinating to limiting kids and visitors to the measure and installation area, during the time of project.
- Encouraging frequent handwashing within all our team members as well as supplying extra hand sanitizers and wipes
We’ve also been staying in constant communication with our suppliers to ensure we maintain business continuity and minimize possible disruptions. We have ensured our delivery dates are uninterrupted. If there are any developments that would alter our ability to supply current orders, we will always notify the customers prior confirming their orders.
